Hello my name is Dyanne Brown and I am a Night Owl.
I think that in some alternative universe, I must be a vampire or a exist in a world where people get everything done in the late night hours. Ever since I was a child, I had an aversion to waking up in the morning hours. Late afternoon has always felt right to me. Staying up into the wee hours of the morning makes total sense. Unfortunately, the world doesn't work according to my schedule so I find myself sucking down caffeine and trying to figure out how to create a drip that will send the caffeine directly into my bloodstream.
All I can say is Thank God for alarm clocks. One unfavorable side-effect of being a night owl is dark circles under the eye. The eyes are sensitive so they are not generally a place that you can play around with. For so long, I thought my best bet was concealer and makeup. But, I've never worn a great deal of makeup nor do I feel comfortable with a pancake face. I heard that Garnier had good products for the eyes. One day, on a whim, I checked it out.
I picked up Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark-Circle Eye Roller
It runs about $11 to $13, so I consider it an investment, especially if it didn't work out. I took it home, but my expectations were very low. It took its place in my medicine cabinet. The next morning, as I was preparing for work, dark circles were staring back at me in the mirror. I reached for the Garnier Eye Roller. I rolled the liquid under my eye. It resembles concealer, but as I rubbed it in it faded. My eyes looked brighter and more awake.
As I continued to use it, I noticed that the dark circles are getting better. I look more awake and more vibrant. The benefit for me is that I don't have to walk around with a face full of make-up. I feel comfortable putting the Garnier Eye-Roller on and some eye makeup and that's it. Garnier has many more products for eyes, which I may check out.
Please comment and let me know if you think I should check out something else. Thanks, Friends.
